Our coconut shrimp spring roll channels the flavors of Thailand in every bite. The light and crispy texture of a spring roll wrapper is the perfect carrier for our coconut shrimp and vegetable filling. We’ve mixed shrimp, carrots, spinach, and coconut flakes with sweet chili sauce and folded it all into a spring roll. There’s so much flavor, you won’t need a dipping sauce! Enjoy serving these international flavors anytime.
- Preheat oven to 400° F for 10 minutes.
- Remove from plastic wrap. Place Spring rolls on a lined baking sheet about ½ inch apart.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
DO NOT MICROWAVE. Oven times may vary. Keep frozen until ready to bake. For food safety and best product quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
