We love mushroom risotto with its umami comfort food flavor, but it is a time consuming and intimidating affair! Getting the rice cooked al dente is tricky business. To share a taste of this magical recipe we’ve cooked the risotto, filled it with a chunk of cheese, rolled it in crunchy panko crumbs, and fried it up for you and your guests. It is super easy to heat and serve, it looks like you followed a nine step recipe that took all day long. Crunchy, creamy, gooey cheese, savory – divine!
- Preheat oven to 400° F for 10 minutes.
- Remove from packaging. Place on lined baking pan in the center of the oven.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
DO NOT MICROWAVE. Oven times may vary. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
